Roy: … How is that useful?!
Moss: How is that not useful?
My first t-shirt design is now on RedBubble, but I never posted the piece here.
I made a human fighter in D&D named Ned Stark. One of the weapons I have is a sword named Jon Snow so that if I leave it around, a team member could pick it up and be like,
“You must be Ned Stark’s bastard sword.”
The Engineer and the Ambassador
A while back I had a dream that my partner was an alien from another planet, and I was an Ambassador of Earth living on said planet. The twist seemed to be that I wasn’t alive, but instead, my own clone.
I will definitely write this as I am planning on putting it on Kindle as my first published book (as my other ones are too long to write and I want to get one up asap).
I can’t wait until I graduate and I finally get to work on this for realsies!!
We made a zine!! It’s a free thing that you can find in certain bookstores in Brisbane, Melbourne, and now online, written and illustrated by a group of awesome feminists!
There are articles, recipes, comics, and all sorts of things.
Check it out through the link!
On the side of studying, I’ll me doing a few pieces to sell as t-shirts and stickers. I really like the idea of making nerdy shirts and I finally built up the courage to put my first piece up!
I give you, A Ladder for Moths!
The Lego Movie finally came out in Australia and OMFG CHARLIE DAY WHAT?! Plus the rest of the cast (like omg Alison Brie, Will Arnett, Lando as Lando, C-3PO as C-3PO, etc.!)
So Benny the Spaceman became an instant favourite because he’s just too adorable plus CHARRRLLIIIEEE DAAAYYYY!! UGUUUUUU!!!!!!!
Awww, you’re such a sweetie! Thank-you so much!
I was so unrecognised all day, I wasn’t sure if it was accurate enough.
It was near the end of the day, my makeup was not at its best (redid the face paint in a moving car) and parts of my costume weren’t in the right place, but this doesn’t show those flaws too much.
I’d love to take a proper prepared photo sometime to show how much I love the characters and world created for this comic. Only one person came up to me and knew what I was dressed as, but many were curious and are looking into Rat Queens.
So I haven’t been able to draw much, and I had to give up working on Mako Mori’s pilot suit (Pacific Rim) because of Uni and work commitments. I’m also only going to this convention for one day (I at least need Dwarves).
Instead, I’ve saved a couple of days to make Dee’s outfit from Rat Queens. I absolutely love her and am so excited to dress as her. I highly recommend it; the trade of volume one just came out recently as well, so everyone should go and get it!!
